• 9:00 AM - All sheep must be in barn
• 1:30 PM - Halter show begins
• Following Halter - Pen of 3 show and Sale Preview

Saturday, Sept. 12th 

• 11:00 AM - Sale begins

2025 Youth Agenda

Friday

• 10:00 AM – Youth sheep in the barn
• 12:00 PM – Record books due
• 1:30 PM –
  • Interviews with youth
  • Judging of sheep (without youth present)
• ~3:00 PM –
  • Start preview of pens of three
  • Youth commercial ewes to follow

Saturday

• 12:00 PM (Noon) – Youth awards
• 1:00 PM – Sale begins
  • Youth are expected to help load out their sheep

SEPT 1 DEADLINE – IMPORTANT SALE REMINDERS

• Make any entry corrections and upload photos by Sept 1
• Sale goes live on CCI.live and catalog sent to printer Sept 2
  • Note: You can't switch singles to pens of 3 (or vice versa), but you can edit entries within the same sex/breed
• Link sent via text & also available on the THCDA website
